Do I need a referral?

In most cases, no. We welcome self-referrals. You can simply call, email, or drop by during our opening hours to speak with a support worker.

Are your services women only?

Yes, our building is a safe spaces and women-only to ensure a welcoming, trauma-informed environment where everyone feels secure.

How do I get in touch?

When can I see someone face-to-face?

We are open Monday to Friday, 12.30pm to 4pm for clients to drop in for advice and support.

When are women's drop-ins?

Women’s drop-ins are Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm.
