About Us

Our Values

We stand alongside women, young people and families so they can feel safe, be heard and begin to thrive.

Love in action

We meet people with care, dignity and respect.

Hope in practice

We hold hope until people are ready to hold it for themselves.

Freedom for the future

We support people to move towards lives with more safety, choice and possibility.

What to expect when you contact us

Contacting a support service can feel like a big step. We will explain what is happening, listen to what matters to you and be clear about what we can and cannot offer.

1

Reach out in a way you feel comfortable

Contact us by phone, email or through our online form. You only need to share what you feel able to tell us at this stage.

2

We listen, without judgement

We will give you space to talk about what is happening and what you need. You do not have to tell your whole story at once.

3

We agree next steps, together.

We will explain your options and discuss what support may be helpful. You remain involved in decisions and we move at a pace that feels manageable.

Client Stories

“They didn’t tell me what to do. They listened, gave me options, and supported me to make my own choices. That made all the difference.”
